I can help you to explore situations that are proving difficult and together we can find the best way forward for you. My name is Vanessa Watkins and I have been a practicing counselor in Stoke on Trent, which is in the Staffordshire region, since 1997. I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment.

I work with individuals,couples and groups on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.

I am a member of the BACP and am bound by its Ethical Framework for Good Practice and subject to its Professional Conduct Procedure.

As an experienced counsellor I use a range of therapeutic models/techniques from Person Centered Counselling, a humanistic approach, to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Mindfulness and more which I integrate to provide the therapy which is most effective to you.
